This Italian sandwich spot is a must try! Fresh ingredients, made-to-order sandwiches, and incredible flavor. The chicken pesto and Italian special were my favorites—absolutely delicious. Perfect for anyone craving authentic Italian bites!
I happened to be wandering around in the neighborhood when I decided to search for a sandwich. Immediately upon entering Faicco’s, I was greeted by the nicest guy who talked me through the process of ordering and gave me suggestions on what to order. We chatted again while I waited for my sandwich to be made, he was so nice and thanked me a million times for coming in. I went with the chicken parm sandwich, it was delicious! It was 25 for the sandwich and a drink, which was well worth it. The sandwich is HUGE and can easily feed two people or be eaten as two separate meals. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area! If you’re wanting a delicious Italian sandwich made fresh with amazing ingredients, you absolutely need to come by and grab one for yourself!
Tried Faicco's on a sunny afternoon. Ordered a chicken cutlet with mozzarella, pesto, and balsamic glaze on a hero. It was huge and a good portion for two people. Sandwich was about 20.
One of the best sandwhich shops in New York. Had the balsamic glaze eggplant, mozzarella and roasted peppers and the vegetarian with artichoke. Both were amazing
Just got back from NYC and was looking for a quick bite to eat with my husband. Decided to just look what they offered and this little old Italian greeted us with a big smile. He made a few suggestions on what to eat but we settle on the Italian special and it was loaded with tons of prosciutto that was fresh, lettuce, grilled peppers and 1 sandwich was able to feed us both because it was that big. There isn’t a spot to eat inside but there are some seats outside. If you’re in the area it’s a must try.
Very busy, but great service. We sampled the rice balls, loved them. The gentleman before me told me he was ordering sausage with cinnamon and other spices, sounds amazing. If I lived locally would love to try their meats. This is our second time visiting, first was on a food tour.
Faicco's has counter service deli - the man taking my order was very patient as I took photos of him assembling the monster hero sandwich I ordered (the Italian signature sandwich). They probably get many photo requests. All the meat is sliced only after you order. Great experience. Friendly staff. I Highly recommend this for anyone wanting a taste of a vintage New York Italian deli.
Got the Italian special and it was delicious! Such a great balance of flavors and generous portion size. It must have weighed close to 5 pounds!
